|
| The Yellowtail Blue Damselfish is one of the least aggressive members of this genus. Known to pick at filamentous algae growths and is likely one of the more acceptable choices for beginning aquarists. Should not be kept with more pugnacious damsels, as the Yellowtail blue is often shy and retiring. |
| Diet |
| Damsels will accept just about any type of marine based diet you offer them. Feed a varied diet including frozen mysis shrimp, raw shrimp, silversides, flake, pellet and other commercially prepared foods. |
