Dry Goods:
All dry goods can be returned within 14 days, unopened and unused, shipped at your expense. A refund will be issued for the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee. If your item is defective, please email us. All electronics and equipment issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer. All approved returns must be returned in the same condition as received. All returns must be approved by contacting us at jeff@oceanworldcorals.com for instructions.
Live Goods:
All live goods are guaranteed to arrive alive if these 3 steps are followed.
1. Accept delivery on the first attempt.
2. Follow acclimation procedure that is included with every order.
3. Send clear, focused pictures of any potential problems to JEFF@OCEANWORLDCORALS.COM within 2 hours of the recorded delivery time provided by Federal Express, UPS or USPS.
If there is any type of problem, the buyer must contact OceanWorldCorals.com and provide clear, focused
photos of the product as well as the packaging within 2 hours of delivery. In the rare case that a package has a problem,Ocean World Corals will review your situation and return contact as soon as possible.Ocean World Corals handles a large volume of corals, clams, fish and invertabrates for the reef keeping community, so an exact replacement may not be available. The most similar item will be chosen by Ocean World Corals from the existing stock on hand. If a similar product is not available, products of equal value will be substituted. Ocean World Corals does NOT offer refunds of any tupe, under any circumstances on live goods.
